旋转反吹风布袋除尘器中的反进风除灰也叫反方向气旋(或逆压)除灰,因为反方向气旋(或逆压)的功效,这类除灰方式 非常容易造成部分的脱落,反吸风机电机额定功率P通常取除尘设备进气口主管工作压力P1的1.5~2倍,因为造成颤动,并除以上多方面调整,但关键的是因为除尘布袋形变而造成的烟尘层崩落。当滤袋恢复过滤时,由于反吸(吹)风机的作用改变了滤袋8内压力,分室反吸(吹)风清灰袋式除尘器工作原理正压上进风反吸清灰袋式除尘器工作原理如图6~1所示。这时除尘布袋8被吹胀并产生颤动,进气口碟阀2打开,经必须時间过虑后,反吸(吹)离心风机的抽食功效使除尘器布袋內外压力差产生更改,滤袋即可变瘪,反吸气流的作用是引起滤袋附积粉尘脱落的一个原因,经过滤料过滤后的净化气体由下部排风管经烟囱排入大气,烟尘抖入料仓,保持除灰目地,反进风量是清类实际效果的关键统计数据,除尘布袋受力变瘪,烟尘汽体由上端进到各一小包室,反吸风蝶阀1开启时,它主要是通过阀门的启闭组合来改变滤袋内外压力的方法。
